Description

We are a residential and commercial painting contractor in our tenth year and we are looking for a dynamic sales estimator to join our management team. This role is comprised of two parallel skills; writing accurate estimates and communicating effectively with others. If you enjoy solving complex problems and implementing your solution then you will find this job satisfying.

We provide a company vehicle, laptop with estimating software, phone, apparel, retirement and medical benefits, and a strong reputation to sell on. We are a team of winners, and only winners who are self-motivated can succeed in this position. This is not an hourly wage job.

Responsibilities

Follow up promptly with all client requests and arrive on time for all appointments - bring your best and represent the company well
Know or learn the painting industry, and understand what our company can and cannot offer
Write accurate estimates (using our software)
Follow up on all estimates

Qualifications

Valid driver's license and good driving record
Experience in the service or painting industry
Excellent listening and communication skills - both written and verbal
Proficiency with smartphones and computers
Passion and pride in always doing what you say you will do
