What You-ll Do
As a Project Administrator in our Redmond office, you-ll be the backbone of our projects, ensuring every detail is handled efficiently and accurately. Your role will be central to supporting our Project and Program Managers, keeping documentation and processes aligned with timelines and standards.

Responsibilities
- Preparing and generating all project procurement documents with precision and care.
- Compiling and organizing monthly program reports from project managers.
- Managing and facilitating payment requests, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
- Maintaining compliance with procurement requirements and HMK processes.
- Corresponding with clients and subconsultants, fostering clear and collaborative communication.
- Supporting project teams with various administrative tasks, prioritizing what matters most.
- Proactively connecting with project members to collect and ensure the accuracy of necessary data.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new tools and systems.
- Experience in construction industry terminology and documentation (preferred but not required).
- A track record of multitasking and meeting deadlines in fast-paced settings.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a commitment to teamwork.
