Gerding Builders is offering a position of Estimator as we continue to align with the growing needs of our customers. The estimator role in our organization drives profitable
business growth through accurate, complete, profitable and timely estimating. The successful candidate will bring
a focus on being proficient, lifetime- learner, with exemplary communications skills. This
position will provide the organization with a strategic approach to the estimating process. It is important to build and maintain key relationships with subcontractors and design partners which are critical to
achieving the desired outcomes. The ideal candidate will look to grow and develop into a Sr. Estimator and be a long-term contributor for the company.
