Multifamily Developer, Owner, Operator is looking for Construction and Remodeling Professionals.
Our company, is growing rapidly and we need quality people to help us keep up with that growth. All levels are welcome to apply. Whether your are just developing your construction skills or have years of experience, we have a place for you on our team.
Our construction company specializes in new multi-family construction and remodeling, located in Vancouver, WA but serving the greater Portland Metropolitan area. At Investment Builders you will work in a positive, team-oriented environment for an established company that has had many years of success in the communities we serve. Strong performers will have the opportunity for advancement and growth within our portfolio of companies.
Company vans and larger tools provided.

Salary: $18-30/hour depending on your experience and skill level
Responsibilities
Demolition, drywall, flooring, framing, doors/windows, basic plumbing and electrical, roofing, gutters, siding, fencing, decks, cabinet installation, etc.
Follow project specifications and Superintendent directions
Maintain a clean worksite
Work with limited supervision
Complete all daily paperwork timely
Qualifications
- Able to safely operate hand and power tools typically used in construction
- Own your own set of basic carpentry tools
- Valid Drivers License
- Willingness to learn new skills
