My ADU utilizes 30 years of custom home building experience to construct high-quality Accessory Dwelling Units or -ADUs- in the greater Vancouver area and beyond. We are currently looking for a driven, practical and efficient Site Supervisor to help ensure our jobs get completed on time. This role will require about 50% of the person's time spent doing carpentry work, while also running multiple projects. If you are a carpenter looking to take the next step in your career and start managing job sites, this could be the right place for you.

Responsibilities

Visit project sites and manage to project schedule
Verbal and email communication with subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers and clients
Complete Punchlist items and perform Warranty work as required
Interaction and communication with sub-contractors to confirm schedule and time-frames
Create good relationships and communication with Inspectors
Pick-up materials, supplies, and anything else that is needed to complete a project (need to be ready to jump-in)
Pick-up and finish sub-contractor work (when needed)
Need to be customer-focused, and be a part of the My ADU team
Work is mostly in the field and onsite
Use Builder Trend (for time clock, daily logs, upload pics, job-tracking info.)

Qualifications

Experienced in different types of residential construction/carpentry/remodeling
Open to learning My ADU processes
Looking for a "Producer" and someone that takes action, gets things done and completes tasks
3+ years of carpentry experience
Hard-worker who is task-oriented
