Position Summary:
ROBO is seeking a Network & Systems Engineer to join our high-performing service desk team. This Tier 3 role is ideal for a seasoned technician who thrives on solving complex technical issues, enjoys mentoring junior staff, and is comfortable both behind a screen and on-site with clients. As the escalation point for advanced tickets, you'll handle deep troubleshooting across networks, firewalls, servers, and cloud platforms. You'll also contribute to client infrastructure projects and help ensure our service delivery remains fast, effective, and professional. This position is based at our Austin HQ, with occasional travel to local client sites. A hybrid schedule with remote work on Mondays and Fridays may be available depending on performance and team needs.
