Description

Responsible for ensuring objectives and deliverables are met according to contract and grant agreements, including providing match support services and mentee engagement by performing the following duties:

Responsibilities

- Facilitates groups on a regular basis.

- Oversees coordination of resources, support, and program activities.

- Monitors outcomes and goals to ensure grant requirements are achieved.

- Maintains and supports a caseload of up to 50 young adult RAHS students and their mentors.

- Collects accurate data for reports and proposals.

- Works the department that relates to the future of the mentor programing and community engagement.

- Assists team by ensuring budgetary compliance and by submitting any required documents or reports on time and in completion.

- Collaborates on execution of programs for department.

- Conducts quarterly match surveys.

- Collects, analyzes, and reports on event attendance, resources services needed, program participation, and demographics.

- Attends required staff meetings.

- Conducts quarterly ISP updates.

- Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.

- Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor-s degree required or equivalent with three or more years- demonstrated case management experience and managing programs. Experience with grant reporting, required. Experience working with communities of color, and in particular, African American women. Experience working with young adults and families.

Certifications:

This position requires a valid driver license, reliable transportation, insurance, and clean driving record is required.
