Position Description:

The Foreman role at N8 Excavation is critical to our company.  The best performing Foreman drives projects to completion on-time, on-budget and per specifications. They will ensure that the team is well trained, supplies and equipment are ready and safety is a key priority. The Foreman role must be able to handle the details of the projects from start to finish with limited direction and proper delegation. This position has visibility into the whole project and will be required to manage all aspects of the project, looking for efficiencies to increase margins.  This position is mostly a field-based role.
