Description

Well-known local construction services company Lovett, Inc. is looking to expand our administrative team with the addition of an intuitive and driven Customer Advocacy Specialist with high standards for excellence and the dedication and desire to soar high above them.

Within this role, not only would you be the direct point of contact for continuous customer relationship building, but you'd also be striving to provide the customer with the highest luxury of service we are capable of here at Lovett, Inc. - we do whatever it takes for the customer, 100% of the time!

The focus of the role is to guarantee that our customers receive the best service possible with the use of quick, out-of-the-box thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as an eye for detail for completing service-specific preparations such as procuring permits and processing purchase orders.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide Excellent 5-Star Customer Service
  • Answer inbound customer service calls throughout the day & answer customer emails
  • Manage purchase orders, request online service permits, W-9-s, locates & liens
  • Utilize troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to ensure customers receive the best and most applicable services possible
  • Practice & promote decision-making based on the company's Code of Conduct
  • Use and input detailed and accurate customer information into ServiceTitan (training provided)
  • Dispatch field crew via ServiceTitan
  • Take customer credit card and contact information for billing
  • Additional tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience providing top-tier customer service is a must (4+yrs)
  • Candidates with prior administrative experience in any skilled trade industry are highly encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience using ServiceTitan is a huge plus
  • Able to maintain an average typing speed and be familiar with Outlook and MS Suite
  • Able to communicate with (written & verbal) with both customers and Lovett field employees
  • Must be comfortable communicating via phone throughout the workday
  • Must be eligible to legally work in the United States
