Description
Glass Accents is a growing business serving the greater Central Oregon area and beyond. We have been honored to serve our community for more than a decade with premier frameless shower doors and we have been featured every year in the "Tour of Homes" in Central Oregon.
We are looking for a dedicated, reliable and action-oriented individual who is passionate about custom glass projects and does quality work in an efficient and effective manner. This position will be required to deliver and install all glass products with minimal assistance for residential properties. The right person will be organized and represent the company in a professional way, as well as act urgently to get projects completed on behalf of the customer and company. This position is very important to our business leading to satisfied customers, referrals and new and repeat business. This person should understand that by being accurate, detailed and responsible with projects, enables us to grow the company.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for your own tools, and loading of materials and products each day
- Ensure customer's house is protected and clean
- Keep vehicle and shop area organized and clean
- Engage with customer and be responsive
- Good customer service (ex. call before showing up and leave business card)
- Leave clean and care instructions for installed projects with the customer
- Must be a team-player and communicate any issues
- Capable and willing to adapt to new products and systems of installation
- Able to identify potential problems and find a solution
in an appropriate time
- Stay on task and meet productivity standards
- Track time on jobs and report timecard daily
Qualifications
- Experience Glass Installers preferred
- Excellent finish work skills
- Must have math proficiency and confidence with measurements
- Proper work attire every day
