Description

Founded in 2014, we are leading specialty underwriters focused on transactional liability risks, including representations, warranties and indemnities given in merger and acquisition agreements, tax exposures and contingent liability. Through each of the insurance products we underwrite, we provide unique solutions to bridge gaps, restructure risk and facilitate more capital efficient transactions.

We are passionate about delivering first-rate service to our insureds and broker partners in this complex and dynamic market.

Responsibilities

State Annual reporting
Provide general compliance training to staff - ongoing
Liaison with regulatory authorities
Undertaking of Carrier audits and Carrier onboarding
Obtain licenses overseas to ensure compliance
Conduct sanctioned searches and sanctioned audits
Continuous review of compliance policies and processes
Responsible for managing and maintaining Vale's various insurance policies
Create management reporting from compliance perspective
Build compliance module into proprietary underwriting system
Contribute to International expansion
Clear and concise communication

Qualifications

Must have compliance experience
Must have Insurance industry experience
Must be willing to live or relocate to London
