Are you a self-motivated, driven individual with a track record of success? Are you looking for a company that recognizes performance? Netchex is now searching for driven sales professionals with a focus on new business payroll, HCM Time and Attendance, and Benefits services and software development to join our growing team.
Your primary responsibility is to generate leads from referral sources, cold calling, customer referrals, networking groups, strategic referral partners and other agreed upon methods that produce results. The target market will be companies with 20 - 500 employees to address the growing needs of the small to mid-size business sectors (SMB).
- Work within an assigned territory to achieve and exceed sales quota by selling HCM/payroll services
- Build relationships with referral partners
- Use existing experience in payroll sales to generate new clients, build relationships and leverage the company's client base.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment without direct daily supervision.
A minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience in the HCM/PEO/SaaS industry preferred. Bachelors Degree preferably in Marketing/Management/Communications or a related field.
