Responsibilities
The TAM's role is to understand what each client has from a technology standpoint, document this and identify opportunities to improve the client experience and success.
Qualifications
Move clients forward with their technology
Travel to school districts throughout the territory
Work proactively with clients to address potential issues before they happen
Quality control for clients, bring back any potential technology issues for review
Go through client checklist
Document everything from a technology standpoint
Daily coordination and communication with VCIO
Information and data gathering (inventory and anything else)
