Description
The Tollgate Inn Restaurant & Bakery in Sandy (located 10 miles east of Gresham) is looking for a Front of House Manager to help us grow our business. We are a full service Restaurant, Bakery and Lounge providing our customers with wholesome scratch made food and baked goods in a welcoming atmosphere.
We are looking for driven individuals with proven managerial experience in a high-volume restaurant environment. This salaried position offers a $5000 sign-on bonus, competitive salary & bonuses, medical insurance, 5 day work week, IRA plan and 2 weeks paid vacation.
Candidates need to be able to work weekends, nights and holidays (closed Thanksgiving & Christmas). Individuals will play an active role in hiring & managing staff, improving customer service and building our business.
Salary negotiable depending on experience level.

Responsibilities
- Supervise FOH employees

- Maintain a high level of customer service and resolve issues
- Hire and train new FOH staff
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Administer cash tills and server banks
- Stock lottery tills
