Property Attendant
We are seeking a practical, detail-oriented and driven person to fill our Property Attendant role.  This position is important to help maintain the value of our client properties and keep houses looking their best.  The Property Attendant will inspect and walk-through homes after guests have left to ensure properties are free of damage and secured.  A visual inspection and general clean-up around the outside of the house is expected along with completing a checklist of items for the inside of every property.

Responsibilities

  • Physical inspections of properties, inside and outside (up to 40 per day)
  • Follow checklist of items to complete (lights, doors, locks, appliances, heating, etc.)
  • Check for damages and excessive cleaning needs
  • Report any issues to either Property Services or Housekeeping teams with urgency
  • Clean outside of the properties, make sure things look presentable and well-maintained
  • Run supplies and equipment to properties as needed
  • Inspect bikes and bbqs to ensure working order
  • Check garbage enclosure and remove recycling

Qualifications

  • Task-driven and action-oriented
  • Ability to follow and complete a checklist
  • Someone who prefers a routine and knows their assignment
