Fast pace high call volume dispatch center is looking for the next Customer Service Rep (CSR) to join the team.
Customers that call in needing our service can often times be upset or stressed. They are dealing with plumbing and drain emergencies such as 10 toilets over-flowing in a business unit downtown. Our customers rely on us to handle the situation. CSRs are able to maintain a cool composure in a stressed out situation. CSRs are the friendliest voices in town, we Delight The Customer!

Set the job up to succeed.
Collect information from customers and enter the information accurately into the software.
Be able to listen to a customer and help determine which department of the company they require assistance from.
Be comfortable calling customers and communicating with them the status of their job.
Ensure technicians have all the required information to successfully perform the job.
Must be able to deliver exceptional customer service
Must enjoy being on the phones all day long
Must be able to type and accurately enter names, addresses, and phone numbers
Must be able to speak, read, write/type English
Must be able to work in an open office environment with distractions (again, we like to have fun)!
