Responsibilities

Estimators have the following areas of responsibility:

Deliver 5 Star Customer Service

Keeping the pipeline and forecast up to date

Quickly and accurately bid jobs for the plumbing department using ServiceTitan software

Participate in take-offs and customer meetings

Pre-construction meetings

Fast change order processing and management

Obtaining technical permits such as Traffic Control permits, engineering permits

(this is not an inclusive list of job requirements)

Qualifications

The right candidates will have the following:

A positive attitude with a focus on customer service and extremely high integrity

Experience as a plumbing estimator or a journeyman plumber looking to move from field work into estimating.

Comfortable with a computer; Word, Excel, Outlook
