Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
  • Maintain high-quality workmanship on commercial and residential service job sites
  • Clearly communicate costs to customers in both verbal and written formats
  • Use company vehicle to travel to job sites
  • Procure necessary job materials and maintain stock of supplies in company vehicle
  • Create customer invoices and handle payment collection
  • Complete and submit all required documentation using ServiceTitan
  • Efficiently manage time and work independently
  • Collaborate with in-office team and customers
  • Prioritize safety at all times
  • Maintain equipment and service vehicle

Qualifications

  • Must have Oregon State Journeyman's Plumbing License
  • Diverse experience in both commercial and residential plumbing
  • Proficient in handling service calls
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional 5 Star Customer Service
  • Excellent communication skills; verbal & written
  • Must have a valid and current driver's license - must be insurable
  • Able to read, write & speak English
  • Comfortable with using technology such as smartphones/tablets, GPS & email
  • Capable in working in tight spaces and comfortable with ladders/lifts
  • Be able to lift/move 50lbs
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
