We believe that a client's home should be all about them. We are happy for our clients to choose their own architect/designer or work with one of our long-standing partners. Our aim is for our clients to be comfortable with not only their finished project, but with every step along the way.

Position Description

The COO role in our organization is critical in driving operational excellence by ensuring the company is aligned on objectives with a plan to deliver the expected results.  We are looking for an action-oriented, independent-thinking and data-driven individual to manage to our company metrics and ensure we achieve our goals.  The right candidate will be a problem-solver who can build on current processes and procedures to make the company more efficient and effective in delivering beautiful projects to our clients.  This is mostly an office-based job, with communication both internally and externally frequently throughout the day.  Another important aspect of this role is to help build, develop and manage a high-performance team that will execute daily on our brand promise.  The COO should handle most of the day-to-day activities within the business freeing up obstacles and creating pathways to our next level of success.

Salary range $120K-$150K, depending on experience with benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, analyze and manage to company metrics and financials
  • Expand on current company processes and procedures for optimal results
  • Effective contributor with Executive Team
  • Participate in Financial meetings with Executives
  • Evaluate and implement business solutions to achieve identified goals
  • Recruit, lead and manage a high-performance team
  • Company compliance and regulation monitoring
  • Data and metric analysis
  • Communicate efficiently with customers, team members, suppliers and subcontractors
  • Ability to adjust, as needed, and respond to dynamic changes and needs in the organization

Qualifications

  • 5 years in COO or similar role
  • Construction experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead an organization and team
  • Track-record of success and helping to grow a business
