We are pioneers in Electronic Signatures, automated web services to address, mail, track and report critical business communications. We help customers including Fortune 500 companies skip the trip to the Post Office. We are a faith-based company located in Celebration, FL.

A Client Relations Associate provides courtesy calls to new customers and handles incoming customer support calls and tickets. The customer relations assistant trains and provide online demonstrations of Certified Mail Label software to new customers.

Responsibilities

- Courtesy calls to new customers

- Training of New customers

- Certified Mail Label software demonstration to new customers

- Inbound customer support calls

- Customer support tickets management

Qualifications

- High school diploma/GED required

- Fluent in Microsoft Office

- Previous customer service experience

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Active listener and effective communicator

- Positive and professional demeanor

- Ability to prioritize and demonstrate relentless discipline in achieving goals
