Our sales and service writers must thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, display exceptional troubleshooting skills, and illustrate excellent customer service and communication skills. Candidates will also demonstrate a thorough understanding of aftermarket, high-performance automotive systems and how to apply them to our clients' projects. A friendly and team-minded attitude is a must.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 
- Greet customers in person and on the phone in a prompt and courteous manner 
- Schedule appointments and maintain a balanced work schedule for technicians 
- Accept and document customer payments and other financial transactions 
- Provide accurate estimates of cost and time for work requested 
- Build accurate, thorough work orders for large customer projects 
- Handle customer concerns professionally and maintain high customer satisfaction 
- Monitor progress of projects and maintain communication with customer regarding changes to estimate or time frame


Preferred qualifications: 
- 1 to 2 years automotive service writer experience 
- 1 year customer service related work experience 
- Personal interest in motorsports 
- Automotive racing experience
