Established electrical contractor in Portland, OR, looking
for its next fiercely independent, assertive and decisive office manager

We are a 50 person, profitable, culture first, metric driven
fast paced company that works our asses off, but has a lot of fun along the
way.

Responsibilities

The primary job of the office manager is the day to day operations of the office and its employees.  This includes administration, HR, finance, office work related to the management polices and general business operations., AR, AP, collections and managing an office staff of 5  (Billing,, EA, dispatch, reception and admin) 

Regularly exercises independent judgement and discretion on matters of critical importance to the company, works free from direction and control, working under general supervision only 

Payroll, payroll reports, state and federal taxes, benefits, insurance and retirement payments

Weekly owner updates on financials

Monthly accountant meetings on financials. 

Qualifications

Black belt in quickbooks, excel and word.  Must speak finance fluently, we are a highly metric based company with updated dashboards and financials.  

The office manager is the trusted right hand person to the owner, and reports directly to the owner on all matters.
